The FRIGOSYSTEM air Dehumidifier for moulds DA is a completely independent system with chilling cycle for cooling and dehumidifying the air around the mould area.
The system is fully automatic and self-adjusting, depending on the room humidity. It provides air to the mould surface with a «Dew point» of +4º C.
The great advantage of this system is the absolute independence of operation which does not require the replacement and/or regeneration of dehydrating substances, which involve higher management costs and greater energy consumption.
A part of the dehumidified air (about 30%) can be recycled in the process, improving the microclimate around the mould and the Robot and granting significant energy savings.
