THERMOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (MO-BO-08223)

For the technical-sales backoffice, we are looking for technical expert in refrigeration, thermoregulation, air-conditioning. Reporting to the Sales Manager, and working in close contact with the technical department, the figure will be responsible for:

Estimates and related technical-economic proposal
Sizing and selection of chillers, thermoregulators and hydronic units
List maintenance
Enquiries to suppliers
Coordination of quotation activities at the service of vendors

REQUIREMENTS

Technical diploma or degree in technical subjects such as Mechanics, Thermohydraulics or Energy
Knowledge of the English language (fundamental requirement)
Previous experience of at least 3 years in the technical/preventive role in companies in the industrial refrigeration sector
Open-ended, full-time employment contract.
Place of work: Caronno Pertusella (VA).

AFTER-SALES ENGINEER (AGTF-0006-25)

The candidate will be responsible for after-sales technical assistance for Frigosystem products, i.e. refrigerators and temperature controllers, and in particular:

Technical assistance by telephone and in the field for the start-up/testing phases of the systems and for troubleshooting
Management of repairs
Management of procedures relating to quality with reference to after-sales activities and technical assistance
Technical support in the identification of spare parts
Testing

REQUIREMENTS

Spoken and written English language.
Candidates with at least one other spoken and written foreign language, preferably German or Spanish, will be at an advantage. A refrigerator licence is required. Basic skills in thermomechanics, thermotechnics, hydraulics.
Problem solving
Relational skills: the candidate must communicate politely, courteously, diplomatically and competently with his or her interlocutors, using clear and unambiguous technical terms to optimise problem solving, even in situations of pressure and urgency
Availability for travel
Coordination and team working skills
