Frigosystem S.r.l., a leading manufacturer of industrial chillers and temperature control systems based in Caronno Pertusella (Varese), Italy, is looking for a Sales Back Office Specialist to join our growing team.

Your Role
Working closely with the Sales and After-Sales teams and reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
Issuing order confirmations for machines and entering the information required to initiate production orders.
Issuing pro forma invoices for both EU and non-EU machine orders and monitoring the related process.
Issuing order confirmations for spare parts and entering the information required to open work orders.
Managing order confirmations for warranty spare parts and checking material availability through our ERP system (Panthera).
Providing support to the company reception and switchboard.
Entering commercial quotations and spare parts quotations into the ERP system.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good IT and digital skills.
A good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good written communication skills.
What We Offer

Gross annual salary (RAL) between €22,500 and €23,500, depending on experience.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities will be considered.

This opportunity is reserved for candidates belonging to the Italian Protected Categories (Law 68/99).
Your Role
As part of our Production Department, you will be responsible for:
Applying insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam and cellulose to a variety of surfaces.
Carrying out the insulation of industrial units.
Selecting the most suitable insulation materials based on factors such as thermal resistance and durability.
Applying insulation materials accurately and efficiently using the appropriate techniques to ensure optimal thermal insulation and minimize heat loss.
Performing maintenance and repairs on existing insulation systems.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
A technical high school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work daytime shifts.
Good manual dexterity and aptitude for hands-on work.
