i-RPE High-Efficiency Chillers with Scroll Compressors - Frigosystem

RACA OIL are refrigeration systems specifically designed for cutting fluids and emulsions used in machine tool applications (boring machines, grinders, presses, drawing machines), where it is essential to maintain the processing oil at a controlled temperature. 

These are small/medium capacity air-cooled chillers that do not consume water. The units are equipped with self-priming gear pumps suitable for fluids with a nominal viscosity of 1.5°E at +50°C. Cooling capacities range from 2 to 52 kW. Cutting fluid temperature can be set between +20 and +35°C.

  • Digital microprocessor controller for operation, temperature regulation, and safety alarms.
  • Swivel casters for easy mobility.
